The 2021 Cayuga White ($26) is a popular choice, with its crisp minerality and note of sweet pear. An offering for the "wine nerd" is the 2021 Tannic White ($28). It is made in orange, meaning it's been partially fermented with skins on the grape. Grape skins hold tannins, also found in red wine and black tea.
